Noelle joined Crowley Millar in 2015 and is an Associate in our Property Department. Noelle was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland in January 2001 and the Roll of Solicitors in England and Wales in 2009.
Noelle’s expertise is in Property and she is regularly retained to advise companies, both domestic and multinational, and other commercial entities in matters including refinancing, commercial leases (landlord or tenant) and sale and acquisition of commercial property.
Noelle provides legal advice to a wide range of clients, both corporate and individuals and her extensive experience in the Irish real estate sector enables her to advise on an extensive number of real estate transactions.
Noelle was appointed a Notary Public in 2012 and holds Diplomas in Commercial Property and Employment Law from the Law Society of Ireland.
