Background And Expertise
Miriam is a Solicitor in our Commercial Property department and has a wide range of experience across all commercial property sectors having worked in a number of major law firms in both Ireland and the UK.
Miriam has acted for leading institutional and investor and retail clients in all aspects of office, industrial and retail leasing, disposals, and acquisitions and has led the property due diligence on major corporate transactions. She regularly advises both domestic and international developers on the site assembly and financing of greenfield sites for development.
Miriam also held a management role on the In-House Legal team of a financial services company advising on the legal remediation, realisation and risk aspects of the corporate trading and property investment portfolios of a major UK Bank.
Miriam holds a LLB from Trinity College Dublin, a Diploma in Business Studies from the UCD Michael Smurfit School of Business and a Prince2 Project Management Foundation and Practitioner accreditation. Miriam is a member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association and the Law Society of Ireland.
