Hugh J. Millar

Managing Partner

Hugh J. Millar is the Managing Partner of Crowley Millar. Hugh was educated at University College Dublin from where he holds a BCL and a post graduate Diploma in European Law. Hugh qualified as a Solicitor in 1981 and has over 35 years’ experience in practice.

John W. Carroll

Partner

John joined Crowley Millar in 1992 after graduating from University College Cork with both B.Comm and B.C.L.. degrees. John qualified as a Solicitor in January 1996 and became a Partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department in 2004.

Catherine Keane

Partner

Catherine graduated with an Honours BCL Degree from University College Cork in 1989 and was enrolled as a Solicitor in 1992. She subsequently obtained Diplomas in Commercial Law and Insolvency & Corporate Restructuring.

Brian O’ Longaigh

Partner

Brian works primarily in the field of Dispute Resolution. He has been in practice for over 18 years having qualified as a solicitor in 1999. He holds a B.C.L. degree from University College Dublin and a Diploma in Business Studies from the Smurfit School of Business.

James Bardon

Partner

James is a Partner in Crowley Millar and leads the firm’s Public, Health and Administrative Law Practice. James has been advising and representing the Statutory Agencies responsible for delivering health and social services in Ireland for the last fifteen years.

Tommy Dalton

Partner

Tommy is a Partner in our Limerick office, he specialises in Dispute Resolution, Banking and Commercial/Corporate Law. Tommy is a Partner in Crowley Millar with responsibility for the firm’s new Mid-West office located in Limerick city.

Bryan C. Sweeney

Partner

Bryan Sweeney is a Partner in the Corporate Department and specialises in corporate M&A and company advisory with particular expertise in company sales, mergers & acquisitions, corporate re-organisations, shareholder agreements and subscription / investment agreements.

Eileen M. Kelly

Partner

Eileen Kelly is a Partner in the Property Department and specialises in commercial and residential property law with particular expertise in property acquisitions and sales and commercial leases. Eileen also regularly advises clients on complex conveyancing issues and on legal issues arising in connection with the development of lands.
