There was a court notice released on Thursday 14 May. This notice details that if you have any High Court motions that were returnable to the common law motion list from 16 March up to and including 27 July, they can be dealt with on consent.
To do this, you are required to email the terms to the appropriate registrar, as set out in the notice below. This is important for cases involving third parties and/or defendants where a delay may be an issue.
